Deepen your connection to your voice and explore the depth of peace and stillness that the voice can take you to.

By using the voice, without any need for previous singing experience, we will help develop confidence and explore how the voice can be used as a tool for self healing, expressing and transforming emotions and lead us to a place of inner peace.
